CEO, Lattice
Sarah Franklin is a powerhouse in tech and marketing circles. She is currently CEO of Lattice, a 600 person software company delivering HR & AI tools to businesses. The arc of her career is most impressive. At the heart of it, is her ability to create communities.
Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, Sarah went to Virginia Tech, where she studied Chemical Engineering & Biochemistry.
Arguably, her big break was joining Salesforce in 2008 — a company she helped shape over nearly two decades. She worked her way up to President and CMO, playing a crucial role in defining the Trailblazer brand and community.
Another pivotal moment? Leading the developer marketing strategy, transforming Salesforce from a CRM giant into a broader platform ecosystem.
When you look at the institutions someone has been part of, it gives you a window into their network, and who they might know.
Your career is not a ladder, it’s a jungle gym. You don’t have to follow someone else’s path to be successful.
